- Lead Renovation, Repair and Paint (RRP) Initial $220.00
- To protect against the risk of hazardous dust and chips generated by common renovation activities like sanding, cutting and demolition, beginning on April 2010, The EPA required that all companies performing renovation, repair and painting (RRP) and disturb LBP in Pre-1978 homes, child care facilities and schools be certified. The rule affects paid renovators, including but not limited to

- This 8 hours training course is offered in both English or Spanish.

Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Refresher $120.00 4 hours course required every 5 years to maintain accreditation as a certified RRP Renovator. Topics include review of initial course, changes on regulations and new techniques and developments. Initial certificate, latest current copy or abatement certification (if applicable) is required for this class. Copies of previous certificate must be provided prior to commencement. Course is offered in both English or Spanish.
