Cal-OSHA Asbestos Training Courses Online
AS OF APRIL 30, 2023, CAL-OSHA WILL NOT ACCEPT ONLINE ASBESTOS TRAINING FOR RECERTIFICATION. EPA ONLINE TRAINING STILL ALLOWED IN ALL STATES THAT ACCEPT EPA/AHERA TRAINING
On March 13, 2020 and to comply with the recommendations issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the Department of industrial Relations authorized California approved AHERA training providers to conduct virtual or online AHERA Asbestos Refreshers courses. This authorization is in effect until the Governor ends the state of emergency.
All refreshers require a copy of the latest certification dated no later than one (1) year prior to the class.
It is your responsibility to make sure you meet all federal and state requirements for annual re-certification.
